Our professional installation teams will work with your local engineering, maintenance & IT resources for a seamless installation, and train them for on-going maintenance and support.
Prior to the installation of your solution, we’ll coordinate with your local facility teams to fully plan out the installation. Our goal is to seamlessly install the solution while minimizing any downtime or disruption to your operations.
As part of our installation planning process, we’ll ensure your installation is compliant with all building code, worker safety and accessibility legislation and by-laws.
By including all of the key stakeholders and contributors, we can make sure there are no surprises and you get the best hearing assistive technology solution perfectly customized for your space.
Our installation services include a full gamut of training for your local support teams. We’ll train them on everything from day-to-day operation, preventative maintenance, routine systems checks, troubleshooting issues, and much more. If you need any additional support, we can provide phone or on-site support.
Over time, your space might evolve, in which case your solution should, too. The size, layout or use of your space might change in such ways that the original solution doesn’t properly serve anymore.
